Maren Morris gives birth to first child

Maren Morris and husband Ryan Hurd have welcomed a baby boy!

The two shared the news on Instagram Monday afternoon. Mareen posted an adorable selfie with the baby as well as a photo of Ryan holding the baby, the baby wrapped tight in a blanket and the new family all together in the hospital.

Born on March 23, 2020 the name of the happy couple’s child is Hayes Andrew Hurd. 

Country stars immediately flooded the comments to send their congratulations including Lauren Alaina, Karen Fairchild, Kassi Ashton, and Jessie James Decker. Lea Michelle and Mandy Moore also sent a congrats their way.

Maren showed her thanks to her husband for getting her through everything on her Instagram story saying, “Thank you @ryanhurd for being the best partner someone going through this insane thing for the first time could ask for.”

Congratulations to the new parents!
